WebEvalIntroduction to WebEval (Resident)
Background: Evaluation is an essential part of our Residency Program. It is meant to be a process of continuous communication, and not a surprise evaluation form at the end of a rotation. Evaluations from residents are an important reference for program improvement.
Process of Evaluation:
What is WebEval?: WebEval is an online web evaluation system. It was created by One45 Software to mimic the "paper worlds" for both undergraduate and postgraduate university programs.

Benefits for Electronic Evaluation:
How does it work?:
If you notice any errors in your personal information or you have trouble accessing the site please contact Lynn Betrand. If you get an evaluation to complete on a target that you have not worked with please inform Lynn Bertrand immediately so that she can forward the evaluation to the correct person.
Note for residents: In some cases, an evaluator may not be able to complete the form on-line. If that's the case, you (the resident) have the option to print the form and to give him/her a hard copy of it for completion. After you have confirmed the preceptor (attending) name:
This "p" will open to a blank copy of the form, which you can print and give to the preceptor. You are expected to have them fill it out and sign the form and then send it back to us.
