Subspecialty Services

The following specialty services are provided through various locations in the Department of Psychiatry:

• Addiction Services: serving adults and their families with problems with alcohol, drugs or other addictions.
• Child and Adolescent Psychiatry : serving the mental health needs of children and youth (aged 0-18) and their families.
• Forensic Psychiatry: serving the mental health needs of those who are in contact with the law.
• General Psychiatry (in planning stages): serving the mental health of adults in general.
• Geriatric Psychiatry: serving the mental health needs of older adults (aged 65+).
